Overview

At MoonfillBakes, every cake is custom-made, freshly baked, and personalized to our customer’s requirements. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the customization involved, we currently follow a strict no-refund policy under normal circumstances.

No Refunds

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation.
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., delivery address, cake design details, etc.).
  • Non-availability of the recipient at the time of delivery.

Order Issues

In the unlikely event that your cake or biscuits are delivered damaged, spoiled, or not as per your confirmed order specifications, please contact us immediately.
Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and if found valid, we may offer:

  • A refund (processed within 24–48 hours), or
  • A credit voucher (valid for 30 days) for future use.

Note: Replacements are not possible due to the perishable nature of our products.

Customers must raise such issues within 2 hours of delivery with supporting pictures.

Exceptions

Refunds are not applicable under normal circumstances. However, MoonfillBakes reserves the right to issue a refund in rare cases of:

  • Payment errors or duplicate payments.
  • Orders not accepted or cancelled by MoonfillBakes due to unavoidable reasons.

For approved refunds, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 24–48 hours.
