Description

The complete art of cake making at our Hands-On Workshop at Moon Fill Bakes, Kodungaiyur, Chennai, from 12 PM to 6 PM. In this workshop, you will get to know the complete process of cake making, and you will learn how to prepare basic eggless cake sponges including Vanilla and Chocolate from scratch.

You will also learn essential cake finishing techniques such as layering, filling, frosting, trimming, crumb coating, and sharp edge final coating. Along with this, the session will cover perfect chocolate ganache ratios, whipped cream techniques, piping designs using Wilton nozzles, chocolate dripping methods, and helpful tips for cake packing and safe transportation.

Participants will receive a course completion certificate, a recipe book, an apron, and can take home the cake prepared during the class. Lunch and snacks will be provided during the session.
